Established at the beginning of the Showa period, the historical ryokan is famous for being the first high-class Western style of the boarding house in Japan. It is a Registered Tangible Cultural Property last autumn. Not only can guests enjoy staying at the hotel, but hold parties, reunions, and enjoy the classical performing arts, the plays, and the concerts at the great hall.
